The Candle Tree

An evergreen tree with brown trunk growing up tp 6-10 m. The flowers are big, solitary, bell shaped and white in colour, measuring 8 cm wide.

The palmate leaves look trifoliate in appearance, are ovate in shape and green in colour. Fruits resemble little green candles about 17 cm long on its trunk and green branches. The fruits are yellow when ripe.
